Nikki Means, Founder and CEO of Project Socialize, LLC.  Project Socialize was birthed from my passion for Social Media.  The interaction, the development of community, the sharing of information, and ever-evolving technologies fuel that passion daily.  What have I done? Created strategy for successful social media programs while leveraging eight years of project and process management to ensure seamless implementation.  How do I do it? Seven years of immersion in social media tools and online marketing communication channels: blogging (and blog development), social networks, videos, forums, and other online communities and tools.  Through these mediums, I have found ways to help others achieve their business goals while doing what I love most – Social Media Marketing.  My family doesn’t quite understand my social media insanity.  That’s okay… there are other technology geeks such as myself who get starry eyed when Apple releases its latest technology or when we learn about new social media applications. Until they catch up, I’ll be tweeting!”

“Born in Ohio, but raised in the great state of Oklahoma, I am proud to call myself a “Sooner”.  With a bachelor’s degree in education and history as well as a master’s degree in Russian history from the University of Tulsa.  Not yet ready to face the real world, I attained yet another master’s degree in Russian area studies from the University of Illinois.  After learning how to read and speak Russian, I became an English teacher in the Mississippi Delta.  Why a Russian specialist began teaching English is as hard to explain as my passion to read the dictionary.  But then again, so is this new copyediting and copywriting gig for a social media company.”
